Know all persons by these presents that the undersigned, upon enrolling in an online class or classes conducted by the Security Officers Training Academy/OnlineSecuritySchool.com for and in consideration of the experience furnished me by said class or classes, hereby waive, remise and forever discharge and release Security Officers Training Academy, their Landlords, owners , developers and employees, the range and other facilities utilized by the academy, from all claims of any kind, nature and character whatsoever by reasons of any act or acts of commission or omission in the operation of said class or classes. This waiver is expressly intended to cover and include all claims several or otherwise past, present or in the future which can be or may ever be asserted as a result of injuries, damages or death sustained by me while enrolled in said class or classes.
