How do I get a Guard Card Licence?

On this site we provide the training courses and grant the certificates needed to obtain your guard card.

Are my online certificates validated through the state?
Yes. We are the first and only company offering an on-line Security Training website to meet the on-line needs of the California Security Guards and their AB2880 training requirements.

Is there reading material provided for the exams?
Yes.  There is course material available for each exam.  Once you pay for your exam, the "exam prep" will appear in your account. 

Are there practice exams available?
At this moment there are not any practive exams available.

If I make a purchase, how long does it take to get the materials sent to me?
Our system is accessed on-line and you'll have full access as soon as your payment is processed.  Usually it only take a few minutes and you can get started.

How long do I have to complete each exam?
There is no time limit to your system access.  There is a limit of 1000 questions in each exam package.  The vast majority of our customers find that they're ready for their actual exams before they reach the question limit.

What happens if I fail an exam?
The site is designed to allow you to retake the exam if you fail it.  Currently, there is not limit to how many times you can retake an exam.

How do I receive my certificate once I pass the exam?
Once you pass your exam, your certificate will appear in you "Exam and Certificate History" page.  You will be able to print it our in a PDF format.

What administrative records, if any, must be kept by school districts in order to comply with SB 1626?

SB 1626 does not mandate what records must be kept. We recommend that the LEA keep a record of which employees complete the course, the course date, the name of the instructor, and that a record of course completion be given to the attendee.
